Post workout, rest or JAI stretch ?

I found that my penis was a bit red on the glans on one spot and shedding skin before I began. Did my workout anyways since it didnt hurt. The PE workout was good but I feel like my flaccid is a bit smaller/stiffier right now, and it made me wonder about 2 school of thoughts, I’m not sure if I should JAI stretch my penis or let it rest.

On one hand it could be could to prevent turtling, on the other I might abuse my dick while it’s in the healing process.

What are your thoughts ?

Let it heal. Use edging to avoid turtling. Add some Jai stretches as you progress with your routine in the future.

I was already doing JAI stretches during the last 10 days, do you think I should stop or I’m already good to go ?

Just dont overdo it. If you are getting red spots on the glans you are gripping your glans too tight.
Just gently stretch your penis once everytime you take a piss. Do it only to avoid turtling, dont stretch hard.

Red spots on the glans isnt something serious, but you have to cut the intensity a little until they go away. Warm water helps.

Turtling right after a routine is normal, especially if it’s an intense routine. My unit always turtles somewhat after a routine and then hangs full and chubby hours later.

If it feels stiff, that may be something to watch out for, a potential negative PI. Just keep paying attention to your PI’s and you’ll be able to gather what is too much and too little for your unit with time.

Remember that JAI stretches are done with a very light pull. 10 to 15 minutes of edging is also a good idea. Maybe you should take a few days off to let it fully recover.
