I’m not sure whether or not I get this nice post-workout hang we strive to achieve. Right after a workout, I almost seem to turtle just a touch, then I’ll warm up a bit and edge and warm down to finish my routine. I usually have a plumper flaccid for the rest of the night (I do my workouts before bed) and the next morning for a few hours.

Does this sound right? I’m not sure if the good flaccids are supposed to last entire days or what…

That is not negative PE, sounds good to me. Long time good flaccid hanging is positive PE.

Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm

That’s cool. Is it still alright if it shrinks up later in the day? I work out every day, so it could be that; on the other hand, I just don’t want it to be a negative PE.
