Post Workout Hang and/or Thickness Question

I was just wondering exactly what kind of post workout effect there should be after a jelqing session and have a stretching session. Each exclusive. So, if some experienced PE’ers can answer, I’d appreciate it. I want to make sure I’m getting the right physiological indicators in my post workouts.

Starting - November 12, 2012 || BPEL: 6 7/8in || EG: 4 1/2in

Goal #1 - BPEL: 7 3/8 (+ 1/2 in.) || EG: 4.75 in. (+ 1/4 in.)

After jelqs, a fat, pumped penis. After stretching, not much difference - sometimes get a bit of turtling, sometimes hangs a bit longer, most of the times I won’t notice any difference.
