Post-Workout Girth Expansion

I’ve been trying to gain girth for a while now and realized that post-workout I’ve only gained about .25 inches of expansion at best. Just wondering what everybody else expansion is after they finish their routine and whether or not I need to focus on finding a routine that offers more expansion in order to actually gain. Are there people that have steadily gained despite weak post-workout expansion, or are all the big gainers guys that see .5-1 inch of expansion every time?

Currently it’s just basic jelqing for 20 minutes in the morning, then 20 minutes of stretching at night and another 10 minutes jelqing. That wasn’t really the point of this though, just curious of the relation between temporary post workout growth and likelihood of permanent gains.

Your routine has everything to do with the amount of expansion one could be expecting or striving for. From jelqing alone, .25 of expansion is good. I would say to give it some time, girth work can take some serious time and consistency.

I appreciate the response and I’m sure you get a lot of people that show up looking for routine help and quick fixes but this is honestly just a question about how much girth expansion people get post workout and what their gains have been. Like Titleist has gained a full inch of girth, so I’d like to know how his expansion is with each workout.

Squeeze-jelq for an hour (5 days a week)

More than 5 years for now…expansion for girth take some time…

Now 03/03/2019….: 8.6” BPEL x 6.00” EG (top) - 6.25” EG (base) DJ8cut - lenght.JPG

That’s actually a good amount of expansion IMO. For my personal experience throughout the years, I edge after each PE session and as long as I’m at least 1/8th longer or thicker than my normal size then my routine is solid enough to promote growth over time. Its just a matter of sticking to it and being consistent after that point.

I do the same technique as that video but,I start with “jelq only” for 30 min.
An other 30 min. with “squeeze-jelq”.
(I think that you have about the same penis size as me when I started 5 years ago)

Sorry for the lack of replies to your question. I think what you are experiencing is not at all common from jelqing exercises. A post workout expansion of .25” is enormous. When I was doing girth exercises, I would fall short of that amount while being clamped. So I think some people are puzzled.

I would suggest that you have great potential for girth gains, but make sure you don’t rush them. Your dick should continually grow, but rushing it will cause your dick to become too tough and limit growth. Stay away from advanced work like clamping for now. After you’ve complete the first 3 months of newbie work, look into doing intermediate types of squeezes.
