I do a fairly small routine and I have read the links sta-kool (multiple times:) ).
For me taking it light and slow works like a charm since I almost got an inch gain so far (and no signs of slowing down).
I start off with a 2-3 minute warmup, followed by stretching left, right and straight out for 35 seconds. After that I stretch down for 40 seconds.
I then do a 1 minute testicle massage and repeating my stretching again. This is followed by another massage for a minute and then I do 50 3 second jelqs (slow 3-seconds),
once again a minute of massage followed by the second set of 50 3 second jelqs. After this I do a cooldown for roughly 3-5 minutes.
I’m sure of measuring the same way, no drops in EQ.(It’s still rockhard but just a bit shorter afterwards)
And if it matters, I’ve been PE-ing for roughly 8 months now, mainly going for a minimalistic approach (focused on length)
