Post-session wrapping

Post-session wrapping

I’m sure a lot of you do this, but I’m still a newbie of sorts and am curious of others’ opinions. Lately, after I’ve finished a PE round (including warm-down), I’ve put a wrap around the length of my penis from as close to the base as I can to about .5 an inch from the glans, so that my post-session prick is more elongated than normal flaccid length. I keep it on for at least an hour after the session. My theory is that when the micro tears begin to heal, they’ll heal in a more stretched state, and the session will be more effective. I don’t know if this would affect flaccid length more than erect, but so far I’ve noticed that my flaccid gains seem to immediately precede erect gains, so I can’t see it hurting any. Has anyone else here been trying this, or what are your guys’ opinions on this?

If I do my PE session just before bed I often do the same. But at other times of day I don’t. So I don’t do it routinely enough to say if it makes a real difference. I don’t make the wrap too tight so as not to interfere with blood flow. This means using a fairly stiff material for the wrap; I use theraband.

If you search the site, especially threads on ADS (All Day Stretching) you will find a lot of information and other threads on this technique.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results
