I’ve tried to search this subject, but did not find much information. Unless I was not searching for the right words.

Is it a sign that I am not getting good results since I am not getting very much expansion after my jelq session? I get a tiny bit of expansion right after, but that goes away once I go completely flaccid. My flaccid right after my PE session is skinny and looks like it has no blood in it. Is my technique wrong? Or am I over-training? I haven’t had any injuries besides redspots a couple of times, which are gone now.

I’m guessing you’re jelqing. Do you feel like you’re overdoing it? Have you watched the jelqing videos on this site? Describe exactly what your routine is and how hard your doing it. Then, we can give more informed advice to you.

guitarheaven, can you tell us what your routine consists of?

It doesn’t feel like I’m overdoing it right now, but I have overdone it a couple of times earlier in my jelqing/stretching routine, which resulted in red spots. I sometimes feel that the jelqing is not doing much to my penis.

This is my current routine:

5-7 minutes hot water bottle warm-up
10-15 minutes jelqing at around 50%-85% erection
5-7 minutes hot water bottle warm-down
10 minutes total stretching-
2min moderate force bundled stretches both ways (SO and SU) and reverse V-stretch (I have a very low LOT unfortuately, 6:00)

I figured that having my penis cooling while stretched will have it heal in a longer state. I also do fowfers while sleeping.

Maybe it’s the cool down. I tried that once and it had the same shrinking effect. I know some people say a cool down is good after a workout, but I feel like anything that demotes after-workout engorgement is detrimental to gains. That’s just my opinion though.

Mobbo, when you used to cool down, did you just lose your pump or hang, or both? I’m going to try my routine without a cool down today and see how it goes.

I lost both. Try a 5 min warm down, then fowfers while you’re cooling down.

So do you think I should do my jelqing and stretching THEN cool down and do fowfers?

I do the basic newbie routine, but I add more time to the stretching and jelqing.

I do a 5-10 minute warmup, stretches, jelqs, 5-10 minute warm down, then kegels and fowfers.

Experiment a little and find whats best for you. Read a lot of what the vets have to say and eventually you’ll be able to make a routine that’s best for you. Try to take it easy though.

Do you stretching before you do your jelq’s.

Also, the warm down should be a LIGHT warm down and massage. As far as the warm down goes, you don’t want the heat as much as really good blood flow. The heat is to make the tissue more elastic during excercise so that you get a better stretch and don’t hurt yourself during your routine. I don’t do any warm down except a few dozen light 20-30 % erection dry jelq’s and some giggling (something i have been meaning to make a post about, as it seems to have a very positive impact.)

It seems that you do the stretch before the jelq. Try to do the stretch then the jelq.

The stretch tend to force the blood out of the penis and the glans. I think by doing stretch after jelq, you are removing the pumped effects.

If you reverse the process, i think you are going to see better results.

I’ve just tried stretching before my jelqing in a couple of past sessions, although it does not seem to get me any better results (maybe a little better, but by a small amount).

Would it be possible that I’m jelqing too intensely and therefor be overtraining? It’s not like my penis is turtling up smaller than my regular flaccid. It looks like my pre-session PE flaccid. I am thinking on lightening up on my routine and cutting the jelqing to 5min.
