Several hours after PEing when I get a hard on I notice my gains from the PEing have gone away and my dick feels dense. Does this mean is just healing or am I doing something wrong?

I get the same effect - the corpus spongiosum is harder and denser and also seem to notice some shrinkage. I think it’s normal but since I’m new to this don’t take my word for it. Hopefully, a vet will step in and give us more information.

Same thing here. I’m thinking about getting some cheap jelly cock-rings to keep the chambers expanded.

Whether its a good sign or a bad sign completely depends on the results you are getting overall…we call them PIs.

If you are getting better, harder and more frequent erections, AND you are either not shrinking or actually getting bigger…then I would consider it a good thing.

If you are losing EQ (erectile quality) and you are either not progressing or actually shrinking…than it bad…FOR YOU!

It’s more like I do my routine for a few days then my dick will feel weaker and get dense. But then it seems to go back to normal and when I start back up my gains continue. So I guess they are signs that it needs a rest to recover?

You seem to be doing a good job- that is if you are actually taking time to let it heal. The one thing I would suggest however is that you employ some kind of ADS so that you’re not shrunken when you’re “resting”. Remember, when you’re “resting” you’re actually healing so doing so in an extended state is pretty much universally accepted around here as a positive thing. I would reccomend weights or a vacum stretcher over the noose attatchment penis stretchers for achieving this end comfortably and safely. Good luck and keep listening to your body. ADS can actually be a source of stress to the penis.

If after a few hours of ADS, you find when you remove it for a few hours…that you a hanging longer and heavier…then the ADS is helping you. If you find after a few hours of ADS, you find you turtle even more, than its too much. You could try a lighter ADS or skip it completely.

I had experimented with Monty’s PE wts. One wt was fairly productive for me, but more than a couple hours resulted in increase shrinkage. More than one wt, over any period more than 15 minutes actually pushed my recovery back quit a bit.

Each guy responds a little different, you have to observe, experiment, record results and make intelligent adjustments to your PE to have success.

Yes, agreed. ADS isn’t “safe” and stress free by definition. Pay attention to the weight/time issue and especially to your reaction to the ADS.
