Hi guys

So I’m reading a lot of threads that talk about the lingering expansion after jelqing and girth exercises; like their dicks might expand an extra 0.25” during girth work and that expansion stays for a while after they’re done exercising.

My problem is that as soon as I get done jelqing or doing girth work, my penis goes back to its normal size. I don’t get the post workout swell that people seem to talk about on here. I occasionally pump, and still not a huge swell afterwards.

For instance I just did a 10 seconds jelqing session for about 15 mins followed by the “rolling pin” girth exercise for 10 reps and when I was done my girth just went back to normal. I never really got expansion, only directly during my jelqing strokes.

So how can I achieve this temporary post PE expansion?

I’ve never really gotten much expansion post workout. At least, not really any more than I would waking up with MW. I wouldn’t worry too much about it, it is mostly fluid build up. Some people’s bodies react differently.
