I work out 5 days a week and notice that when I do workout that my muscles are sore. Should this be the case as well with doing PE Exercises in which my penis is suppose to be sore or does it recover faster than larger muscles (chest, arms, back, etc). Basically, what should my penis feel like after a good routine?

Not sore but fatigued is the best way to put it, I think.

Since the penis is not a muscle you cannot compare how it feels after a workout to how your muscles feel. It should feel warm and slightly stressed, perhaps a little sore, but it shouldn’t hurt. There should be no residual soreness the next time you workout. It should return to a normal feeling rather quickly, like in a couple hours.
