Ok, quick question.. I am just doing the newbie routine and so here I go:

5 minutes of rice sock warm up
Jelq with lube or baby oil
Dick is engorged but still bendable.. Id say 70 - 80%
Jelq for 10 minutes with 3-5 second strokes
Warm down is another rice sock session

The question I have is:

1) how hard are you squeezing while jelqing? Just enough to get the pressure up? Obviously not strangling junior but anyone give me a good reference point?
2) is junior supposed to go back to flaccid when done or is he supposed to be bigger and longer for a while?

It depends on what your goals are. For length jelqing at about 40% was effective for me. For girth jelqing at 60-80% is good but you should not start that if you are just starting the newbie routine, you should condition your unit with a few weeks of PE. People say that it plumps up their unit after they are done but I have never noticed that, mine when it is flaccid post jelq is about 5mm longer but i have made decent gains so i don’t think that is a sign of not doing the jelqs properly.

Oh yeah and also about the tightness of the grip, i try to not focus on how hard I am squeezing, i just focus on making a good ring with my fingers and i start by doing them lightly and slowly bring up the intensity. The higher my erection level the looser I keep the grip.

I do it hard enough to feel a pump but not hard enough that I am afraid of bruising or busting anything. If you have any doubts, start softer and try to gradually increase your intensity. You should not feel incredibly sore afterward.

When I am done my dick sort of looks like it does right after I cum. It’s fully engorged but not hard. I also get somewhat like that when getting bombarded by the sun on the nude beach. Everything is just stretched out. However within half an hour or so, maybe sooner, everything looks to go back to “normal.” Since over a month at most you I’m looking at 1/10 of a inch of gain, or so, in any given workout you won’t have more than 1/150 of an inch gain. It’s not literally linear like that, but you get the point. You won’t be able to notice a huge difference within workout. You can think of it in terms of the baby steps analogy or the marathon versus sprint analogy, but either way expect it to take a bit of effort over a long period of time.

Stretching is minimal.. Is it that important?

How hard are you supposed to stretch to?

You feel the same amount of pressure as you would pulling your fingers to pop the knuckle or enough pressure to start to go flaccid anywhere between 20 and 50 jelqs. I usually call it a good workout after I have to re-edge three times to keep jelqing. Also you might want to include some 20-60 second 5 way stretching and a few cranks to loosen up the ligaments so you don’t pull your groin while jelqing, (no pun intended).

Re edge meaning getting an erection again?
