Starting: 6.25" BPEL x 5" EG on or before Aug. 04/93.
Aug. 04/05. 7.25" BPEL x 5.5" EG. -- Lastest: 7.625" BPEL x 5.625" EG on Aug. 07/06.
Goal: 8" BPEL x 6" EG or untill the little lady says ouch.

Hello all I am Valio petrov and I started yesterday with a couple exercises everyday I am really hoping this to work :D can some advanced members pls tell me waht exercises do practise and are most effective pls :D

Welcome hohey..Yes it is possible to reach 7.5 or 8 if you started at 5.5, But it will take time and dedication. You will not achieve it in weeks or just a few months.
So stay focused and PE safely.

Stick to the newbie routine. Dont worry about advanced exercises for another 3-4 months. :)
