Has anyone here gained an inch or more in length and girth without using ANY type of equipments? Such as pumps or hangers, or clamps? I can make a homemade hanger, and I can get a clamp easily. But I don’t know where to get a pump, I mean, without being embarrassed or anything.
I’ve seen some minimal gains just doing manual handwork, but nothing like an inch, but I’m about 3 months in anyways.
Memento, Bennett8 and a bunch of others have gained more than an inch (mem and bennett ~ 2 inches each as I recall) without anything else than their hands. Girthwise I don’t remember.
Anyway, for most people hands are all you really need.
