Possible to gain with 25 jelqs per session?

What do you think? Is it possible to gain with 25 jelqs per session? What is the lowest amout of jelq per session you have done?

I would think not. Lowest I do is 200 2-3 second jelqs

The problem is that i’m a less is more guy, when i go above 50 jelqs my EQ goes down.

Well there is your answer. Listen to what your body says first, then to what we say here! That much is crucial. I’m almost in the same boat as you, I tend to do less jelqs than most. I started with 50 per session and gained it to around 200 consistently. Although I tend to do 100-175 on a given day.

Well then listen to your dick. Whether that is enough to cause gains I do not know. What are the details of how you do it?

I’m doing just 25 jelqs per session with 1 day on and 1 day off right now, my EQ has improved but i’m looking to gain and i’m not sure that 25 jelqs per session is enough. The main problem is that i dont want the EQ to drop like before when i have increased the number of jelqs.

Stretching is not a option for me because it destroys my EQ totally.

I agree, don’t do more than what your dick can handle. EQ is the best indicator of whether you are working your dick too hard or not. Based on what you are saying I’d say whether it causes you to grow or not, don’t do more than 25.

When you jelq what pressure do you use? What sort of grip? How erect are you?

I use a very light pressure and focus on the sides and i do the jelqs with a overhand grip. I usually go with a 30% erect jelqing.

How do you “focus on the sides”? Sounds like pressure and erection level is reasonable, even lower than most guys. Do you find your dick gets sore after you have masterbated or had sex?

Yes it’s best to focus on the sides and not the top of bottom. So you want to move up in reps or not? If you do, then I think upping it 25 jelqs each week sounds reasonable. Especially since you use such a low erection level and light grip, I have trouble seeing how this could even affect EQ.

Hmm, interesting. I’m not sure why it would be sore from light pressure jelqs. I agree that it is best to listen to your EQ when making sure you aren’t overdoing it. It is possible that you are psyching yourself out with your EQ. Are your morning erections affected as well?

I been doing jelq only for a month and 3 weeks now. I started at 20jelqs and 25jelqs within 4weeks I notice a change I was thicker and longer now. I’m at 50jelqs and I have now seen no change since after 25jelqs. I guess I need to go back to 25jelqs?

Maybe is a mental-thing, i dont know. But with 25 jelqs i have great morningwood but the main question is if i need to add more jelqs to gain in size?

Maybe need some restday to heal and grow? How often do you jelq?
