Possible to gain with 25 jelqs per session?

What’s your website name? So I can check the 3 step workout. I to notice my EQ is down and I been doing jelq with the ok grip.

Have done 25 jelqs some time now and tried to increase the amount with 15. So i did 40 jelqs and it seems that my EQ has gone down, really wierd with the low amount :(

Should i continue with 25 jelqs and hope to gain with that?

Are you using a good lube? (wet jelqing?) My biggest gains were with the least amount of input from me. I was up to doing 500-1000 per session. (No gains)

I believe the dick is a musical instrument and they come in all sizes, shapes and makeup. Add to that the fact that our bodies are each unique chemistry labs and I think it becomes clear that we are all different enough that no two can be exactly the same. My EQ was worse when I did high numbers of jelqs. I’ve been pumping but I’m headed back to light and lower number jelqs/stretches. That is what worked for me. Dry jelqing is ok if it doesn’t affect the EQ. Mine is affected by dry jelqing if I do more than say 30-40 each hand. A light coat of vegetable shortening goes a long way to smooth jelqing. Good luck!

To me it sounds like a inappropriate technique… 40 jelqs aren’t much at all, so I guess you’re doing something wrong, or something, which at least is not for your body. Check again the jelq technique on the forum and see if you’re doing everything correct.

I’m getting great EQ with 25-30 jelqs per session, if i go higher my EQ will drop so i dont think it has anything to with the technique?

I’m using a bodylotion with vitamin E as a lube, but feel free to guide me to a better lube to jelq with :)

For cost, durability, ease of removing and lubricity I use Crisco Shortening. (Not to fry my chicken, just choke him) haha

I’m using it with high pressure/low quantity jelqs. I’m hoping to get my growing jump started with this method as I seem to have quit growing with the more PE I did.

When I jelqing att lower erection level it’s more intense for me. then working on higher levels.

I always jelqed from 40- 10% before when I did only lenght workouts. Then I decided one day to raise my eretction level to around 60%… And booom! The morning after I had a rock hard morningwood, after some time with no morning woods and pretty bad EQ.

Have you tried to raise your erection level to 50%?

You know, the higher erection level, the better EQ

Have you gained length with 60% erection? I thought that 30-50% was optimal for gaining length?

Can’t say if my lenght gains come from just jelqing at higher erection level. Because I do other exercises as well.

For the moment I enjoy the 3-step workout mostly and my bpfsl have increased allredy.

Same here. I’m doing 30 jelq right now & I noice that my gains top so I’m going to lower my jelq to 20.
I jelq at 20% to 30%.

The key is not to let the brain fool you to do more just because it’s going great, talking with experience on this one :)
