I have been following the newb routine for the last one month. No gains so far except for a better flaccid hang.

I took a couple of days off when I experienced poor EQ. I resumed thereafter. So I am basically doing 2 on 1 off, 1 on 1 off type of routine. Couple of days ago I stretched for around 10 mins in every direction followed by 100 wet jelqs with kegels, hot wraps included ( I place a warm plastic bottle on my dick and pubic region before and after my sessions).

Long after my PE session I experienced a dull pain on top of my shaft approaching the glans. Is it bad ? I have read accounts of people calling some pain good and an indicator of gains. So I was hopeful I would wake up with a bigger dick but alas nothing happened. Should I continue my PE routine ?

Stay away from pain. Back off of the intensity. You’ve only been at it for a month. Think of 6 months to a year or more to see gains.
