Possible herbal PE suppliment
Hi All,
I’ve had a search around and haven’t been able to find anything similar to what I’m posting about, however apologies in advance if this has been discussed before.
I recently had a discussion with my girlfriend about these drops she takes on a daily basis and she informed me that her herbalist has given her this super concentrated cayenne pepper essence of some sort that is meant to help with blood circulation (she takes it because she has poor circulation such as numbness in toes and fingers).
She swears by it as being effective for improving her blood circulation which cause a light bulb to light up in my head.
So the question is, has anyone ever tried this cayenne pepper concentrate to improve blood circulation which I imagine would aid any manual exercise routine?
I am planning on pinching some of her drops daily and will report of any noticeable effects but just thought I’d ask around to see if anyone had heard of cayenne peppers improving circulation.
