Possible first gain - I'm not sure
Hi, everybody!
Like I wrote before, I´ve been doing Kegels for 24 days (300, 2 sec each, per day).
Since September 7th I began Newbie´s routine (a little different) with 3 min stretches and 10 min jelq (usually take 3 sec to the glans and hold plus 3 sec), plus 50 kegels, 5 sec each. I did not stop doing the 300 kegels per day in spite of the Newbie´s routine.
I decided only to measure again in October 7th (monthly measures), but I did it yesterday and I got 4.8” of girth!! My initial girth is/was 4.75”!!
I only did 4 sessions of Newbie´s Routine, in spite of doing kegels for about 3 weeks.
So:
- Is this gain possible?? Getting 0.5” doing 3 weeks of Kegels and after 4 sessions of jelq?
Maybe I´m doing wrong measures. I use a piece of paper to measure my girth and the measures are generally about 4.75”.
What do you guys think? Can it be a gain of just a measurement error?
