Hi, everybody!

Like I wrote before, I´ve been doing Kegels for 24 days (300, 2 sec each, per day).

Since September 7th I began Newbie´s routine (a little different) with 3 min stretches and 10 min jelq (usually take 3 sec to the glans and hold plus 3 sec), plus 50 kegels, 5 sec each. I did not stop doing the 300 kegels per day in spite of the Newbie´s routine.

I decided only to measure again in October 7th (monthly measures), but I did it yesterday and I got 4.8” of girth!! My initial girth is/was 4.75”!!

I only did 4 sessions of Newbie´s Routine, in spite of doing kegels for about 3 weeks.

So:

- Is this gain possible?? Getting 0.5” doing 3 weeks of Kegels and after 4 sessions of jelq?

Maybe I´m doing wrong measures. I use a piece of paper to measure my girth and the measures are generally about 4.75”.

What do you guys think? Can it be a gain of just a measurement error?

fabio_p, don’t get me wrong: it’s best measuring only once a month. Avoid becoming obsessed with gains. Just be consistent and have faith.

I agree with you. I know it´s better to make monthly measures! That was my intention but I´m seeing my penis a little bit wider and I wanted to see if the kegels made any difference.

But, in your opinion is it a measurement error?

Did you measure as soon as you were finished with your jelqing? If yes, then it could have been swollen skin from the increased bloodflow to it. If you are going to measure girth, then don’t measure your progress right after doing a girth exercise because sometimes you are just measuring the “pumped up” penis, as opposed to what you have really gained.

If you measured either before you jelqed, or later on after, then congratulations :) .

4.8” - 4.75” = 0.05”

If you had a real gain of 0.05”, still it was hardly measurable with certainty. And girth gains are not exactly stable. Kegel’s can’t give any real gains, they can just improve your EQ, according to vets here.

What I believe is :your EQ is going better, this is the first step on the gains road; enjoy this, but don’t overthink to gains - this is counterproductive, because will generate an anxious state.

Yes, you´re right. 0,05”, I forgot to write that 0! Ha, ha!!

I heard several guys stating they had girth gains doing Kegels, but I guess they also did/do jelq and not only Kegels. Nevertheless, I will keep doing!

I´ll measure again in October 7th, as I first planed.

I´m very confident and at the same time tranquil that I´ll achieve my goals! And believe it or not, doing kegels is giving me even more confidence to reach my girth goals!

If I could I would just work girth for now and only after reaching some girth values I would start working both length and girth. But, I´ll keep doing Newbie´s routine, that´s for sure.

Any gains are welcome, especially girth!

I gained about 1/4 inch in girth the first week I tried PE. It was undoubtedly kegals improving EQ that did it because after cessation the quarter inch was gone.
