Porn addiction

I need to get rid of my porn addiction badly can anyone help

Why?

How do you know you have a porn addition? Maybe you are just watching poor quality porn?

Porn can be addictive, and it also can be destructive if the porn addict is also in a (serious) relationship. Besides, anything can be “addictive” when it’s excess and abuse leads to problems in life.

Best thing to do is to find a serious relationship. IF you are already in one, than you have to determine what it is that your or your partner can do to re-kindle your love life. The more good pussy you are getting, the happier you will be, and less reliant on porn. Also, porn addiction is a sign of mental weakness, so consider working on improving your overall physical and mental health. That includes regulating your sleep/wake habit, eating right, being reasonably active during the week, etc. I find that will power will be much easier to implement against porn once your lifestyle has become healthier.

There was one year it was getting really out of hand for me..

So I just went to my internet browsers options, and blocked all the sites I knew. So if I tried, it would come up with a message saying that I knew better, and I was thinking with the wrong head..

It uhh.kinda worked. Rarely do I go back to anywhere now, and when I do I feel bad about it even.
