Hello

I just began doing “piss pulls” every time I go to the bathroom.
Just one pull each time, 20-40 sec.

They seem to have a good effect on my flaccid hang.

But the other day when pulling, I felt a “pop” at the penis root.
It did not hurt, but it was really scary.
Almost like something came loose, and the hole thing came a bot more out.

I have not have any pain, or problems afterwards, but still worried.
And I do not dare to pull as hard as I did in the beginning.

Anybody know what might have happened?

It often happens to some guys. It’s called a ligament pop. I’ve never had it happen so can’t really give a view on it . But apparently it’s not a great problem.

Yep, I have lig pops every so often. Some people think they are a sign of gains to come!

How hard do you guys pull to cause a lig pop? I am not curious about experiencing it, just curious about how much force some members exert of their penis to cause it.

It’s nothing to worry about. Neither positive nor negative.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I used to get lig pops when doing downward stretching only. What direction were you stretching when it popped? As an aside, I was grossed out a bit by your post title when I thought it read, “Poop while doing stretching.”

I really got freaked out, don`t want any injuries.

Do not worry about those ligament pops. I actually think that they are an integral part of my routine. I induce a ligament pop in the morning (downward stretch, rather high tension) and seem to benefit from that for the whole day. When I tried to leave them out, my gains stopped. Now I see progress again.

So: Feels weird, but is actually beneficial in my view.

I get lig pops all the time, infact I just got one this morning while trying to wrestle my morning wood into my pants. They’re nothing to worry about.


8-1-2009: BPEL 7.250 x 5.5

Long term goal is the same as everyone else's on here, it seems. 8 x 6 appears to be the holy grail. :)

It happened to me as well when I did the V-stretch and I got pretty scared as well. Then it happened every time I did the stretch but I never suffered from pain or problems due to the ligament pop. So according to my experience, it is a “No, it is not dangerous”. But as usual, don’t overdo the exercises.

It seems like most lig pops occur with downward stretching. It’s my guess that when the ligs attached to the pubic bone get stretched a bit it allows air to be trapped and when you stretch downward with the trapped air it causes cavitation (lig pop). Just my theory.

I never got them until a few years ago. My girlfriend likes to lean back when she is on top, and I remember the day it first happened when we were going at it. I thought I broke something. Haha. It now happens once and awhile, but like everyone said there isn’t anything negative about it. It just freaked me out the first time it happened. :)

I used to get those while hanging. They always scared me a bit, even knowing what they were. They really have a weird and intense feeling to them. Now the very first one terrified me!#:-o I just knew that I had broken my dick. I started back in the stone age of PE and we didn’t have the compiled knowledge of today. We had just started to collect anecdotal lig pop experiences. I froze, my pulse shot up, and I nearly had a “lig poop” as well.

An entirely different problem. You are stretching of hanging weights and splat! Without warning you take a big, nasty, poop!
