Hi guys!
I have been using my size genetics device that i purchased quite awhile ago & I’ve been using it diligently for the last 3 weeks @ approximately 4-5 hours @ 5 days a week and the stretch is less than my EL.
I do take a break every hour or just before the hour and jelq to bring a bit of life back into my penis.
I also do PC flexes at about 100 to 200 a day.
One thing that i have noticed is that my erections have suffered dramatically. Also my penis now looks discoloured and is more of a yellow colour.

Question:
Is it because it’s still adapting to the Size Genetics although its set up way under me EL?

Please help as I’m getting a little worried that my penis is probably only about a 60% erection (and quite soft) when it does go up.

Have you been following the newbie routine? I know you joined in November and that was 4 months ago, but normally we suggest 3 months on the newbie, adding more reps as you progress.

I know nothing about this device you are using, so I cannot address that. But, if your erections are suffering, that can be caused by an injury, or lack of blood flow. I might suggest you not use the device for a couple of weeks and see if that helps. I would continue with jelqing, but don’t grip to hard.

And as a suggestion, use at or each instead of @. People around here get their shorts in a bunch when others use chat speak. (I’m one of them :) )

Yup, it’s too much. Your penis is tired man. I made a homemade stretcher that I would wear for a few hours in the day in conjunction with my AutoExtender at night. I got to the point where it was tough to even get it up with porn. Since my first child was recently born, I have been out of the PE loop for a little bit except for some inconsistent jelquing. My erections are harder than ever.

Its probably because you have that noose that comes with the size genitics system on to tight. You should look into Monkey Bar Head device it words great with my extender. If you choose to purchase it buy some silicone wrap as well, thats all I need for the most comfortable extend from these devices that is possible. If you need any help on my method just PM. Thanks.

Yes the size genetics device is the one with the noose. It’s really annoying and often slips off the glans so you are probably right about it being too tight as if I don’t have it tight it slips.
I will have to look into the monkeybar device and see if they will send it to Australia plus shipping costs e.t.c.
Also i followed the newbie routine and gain only 1/4 inch in both EG & EL.
So do you recommend that I keep jelqing and stretching or stop completely?
Also why is my tool discoloured with a funny yellowish colour??

My experience is that when your dick is slightly injured (mild) jelqing and lowpressure clamping (usually do it manually) for a short time really helps healing an injury.
Of course, you’ll have to listen to your dick as to what is ok and what’s not (as in “too much exercise”).
Oh, and warm up / warm down really _WELL_ .

About the time I do that.. Mild jelqing not longer than 1-2 minutes, lowpressure clamping not more than 1-2 minutes.

If your dick hurts when doing these mild exercises (even if it’s just mildly hurting), just let it rest for some days and then try again.

P.S: You could call this some kind of mild maintenance routine.. Haven’t been losing any length/girth on injuries since I found this/my way of doing this. Of course the length and/or the girth of your erect dick may be smaller than usually while there are still injuries.. Just let it rest (together with this kinda maint. routine) and it should be ready for the real deal in no time.

I think that i’ll let it rest for a week or two but do a few light jelqs just so that i dont feel like i’m losing the small gains that i have gotten.

Good choice.
I’d think more about the health of my unit than the small gains you wanna keep though ;)
