Pointers For The Novice

Hey guys,

I’m new to the site, but not too new to PE. I have got some experience with different exercises (mainly jelqing) and have taken a look at many different routines online for both length and girth including the Newbie routine on here. But I guess what I am looking for is any pointers you may have. Exercises or tweaks to them, preferred products, things to look out for, or anything you have learned really. This may be a bit of a cop out on research, but I’ve seen a lot of information on here so I figured I would see what you all recommend. Thanks.


Start with the newbie routine, use the search button, watch for Physiological Indicators, once your growth slows change things up slightly until you see growth,..

I’m a novice too, but whatever:

Don’t underestimate rest days.

I did 1 jelq, why am I not 12" yet.

On hiatus

Research “Captain’s Wench” and build one immediately.
For the longest time I did only jelqs as my stretches never seemed to have an effect.

I was jealous of guys who had access to a Bib Hanger and after failed attempts to build a Bib type hanger myself I continued to do some researching and found the Captain’s Wench.

Easy and Simple.
