Guys the one I will buy doesn’t have any pressure watch, To know the real pressure if its 5hg or more, How to solve this problem, Because I Can only find one without watch. Any ideas!

Hey guys, I just bought a penis pump, I pump for a while, But I Don’t feel its very very wow, You know, Or maybe I’m doing it wrong, I put it flaccid and then I pump, Do I have to put some rubber at the base? Its giving me a vacuum feeling, I pump the air out from the hand, its rubber 1 2 3 finish and after no sucking any more, Can any body tell me what I’m doing wrong! I see lots of warning like veins burst or stuff like this, But how come if its flaccid? I don’t get it

I am making the assumption that you do not have a good seal between the pump cylinder and your penis.

First, you want to have an erection before you go into the cylinder.

Lube the entrance of the cylinder with a good layer KY jelly. Both the mouth of it and about the first inch and a half or so of the interior.

Lubricate your hard penis with KY jelly.

Dip the mouth of the cylinder into a cup of water so as to activate the lube in the cylinder so it will bond with the lube on your penis.

Put your penis into the cylinder, twist the cylinder a little bit to help get the seal.

Apply pressure. If the seal is correct, there will be no leakage and the the pressure will stay.

As to pumping without a gauge, I highly recommend you find a pump with a gauge. I will discuss some options with you later, as I have to go out now. You should be able to use this new pump with the cylinder you have purchased without any problems. This pump is something that can be purchased at a regular tool or auto parts store.

However, the answers to this questions will help me with my advice: Are you in North America or in Europe? Or elsewhere? Do you have a picture of the pump set up you purchased (like on a web page?)

Thank you so much I fix it, I went back to the store and I bought the gauge. I did 3 set of pumping yesterday, Seems very good, But It seems like a bit hard to get erection :S, before I enter the cylinder, Is that a problem !, And Please can you give me a good routine, I do Clamping and jelqing, And now I added Pumping is there any good combination!! Thank you for your help :)
