Hey guys I have switched my workouts and I would like to have some feedback from advanced/people who know enough stuff Lol.

My previous workout consisted of this

10 min stretching
4 erects squeezes 20 seconds each
3 horse 440’s (mind you that I have been at p.e for 8 months consistently)
I also did mini jelqs and little squeezes inbewtween reps

I have seen gains but my dick gets very tired alot

New workout
Wakeup for work at 6

About 150-250 jelqs
Pumps inbetween jelqs
1 erect squeeze
2 horse 440’s

Ever since starting this workout I have had morning would every morning and my dick seems to hang better during the day, now I know this is less and I have no stretch but like I said I am seeing alot
More p.I’s than I did with my previous

My question is if there is anyone else on here who has seen results without stretching or anytype of warmup? Am I just one of those who fall in the less is more category

I have not seen any real gains besides the morning wood and better flaccid length during the day, but like I said the PIs are alot higher than my previous

Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

I’m a little confused. I’m not clear on whether you had gains (in size) or not. If you did have gains, were they achieved with your current or your previous routine?

Thanks for the replies guys. Gjurob yes my previous routine I made gains not huge ones but big enough for notice. However I would expereince negative p.I’s.

On this routine I experience positive p.I’s.

When I first started doing pe I was just doing basic jelqs.similar to what I am doing now.. I never really stretched but still made good gains.

My second workout was the one I posted up there with the 4 erect sueezes and so forth. I made gains but experience Negitive P.I’s

My best gains came from when I first started taking a supplement called vimax, the gains than were real good because it was a shock to my dick.

The gains have slowed but still I am noticing them and my sex life/erections are better than ever.. The vimax has products in it that rush blood to your penis and make them stretch out your walls

Kind of like P.E, with the addition to P.E the process increases.. Sorry thunder I know I am not supposed to talk about supplements on this thread you are god.

I lost that when I started hanging out with that Ginger dude. Not that I had much of it to begin with.

How long have you been following the new routine? It can take some time for a routine to translate into measurable gains.

If it hasn’t been long since you’ve started this routine, you can stay with it for a while longer to see if gains start coming.

If gains continue to remain elusive, I suggest that you go back to the first routine that gave you good results, preferably including a warm up and manual stretching.

Anyway, why did you abandon your first routine if you were making good gains?
