Please rate my routine
Hey guys please rate my routine!
I started around JANUARY of 2010 and have yet to do 2 days on 1 day off like the noobie routine suggested. I didn’t want to work so fast and injure myself. I’ve gain only about 1/4 of an inch and I am wondering If I should modify my routine or keep it and move on to 2 on 1 off (currently 1 on 1 off).
Ok so here it is
1. Hot wrap with a towel for about 10 minutes
2. Stretch left,right,up,down,straight 5x45 sec in each direction (hot wrapping after every few direction changes)
3. A & V stretches 3x1:30 each (hot wrap in between)
4. Finish off with dry jelq for about 10-15 mins
5. Hot wrap with towel 5 mins
Whats do you guys think? Input? It has been almost 6 months should I switch it up?
