Please Help with my journey

Hey guys. Long time lurker, first time poster. Firstly I love the site. Very inspirational. Reading some of the success stories here is just incredible and I’m finally going to take the plunge.

Don’t get me wrong, when I was 18 I found a routine (not here), and being young, ill informed, and with a complete lack of information gave it a go. The routine was a failure. I started off at 1000 jelqs, the duration of each jelq lasting one second, and after I burst some capillaries in my penis I freaked out.

But something stuck. I knew I was on to something. Even though my pathetic 1.5 month entry into PE failed, I had seen an increase in EQ, and had experienced a slight gain in length. I knew it would work, but that my approach was incorrect.

So here I am.. Many years later, breaking my posting virginity, and hoping this time I do it right. I have been reading, doing my research, and believe I have a possible strategy. I invite any comments and am keen to absorb any knowledge I can. I realize this is going to be a long journey. I personally believe 3-5 years.

So here we go..

- I will begin my new journey by using the Linear Newbie routine. I like the idea of starting off very gently, easing my way into it and conditioning the penis properly. No point in rushing this and risking an injury.

- Once I build my way up to the level of jelqs in the regular Newbie routine, I shall follow that until I reach the 600 jelq mark that the program recommends to build up to.

- After thoroughly preparing my penis I want to hang. I think I will set the weight even lower than the guide recommends and go one pound and work up slow. Time is not the issue for me, just freakish junk. I realize it may be even 9 months before I get to this stage??

- Once I reach maybe an inch or 1/2 an inch below my length goal I shall begin the girth routines to thicken my penis to the desired girth.

Question time.

Q1 - When on the Linear and the Newbie routines, it recommends adding X amount of jelqs per week. Do I just add that to the routine each week? Or do you only add when growth slows?

Q2 - After performing the Linear, then the Newbie routine, how long should I continue before adding jelq reps? Is this an “until growth keep the same” kind of deal?

Q3 - When should I move to hanging? The Hanging 101 manual recommends at least performing the Newbie Routine. Should I carry on a few months more before moving on?

Q4 - The hanging routine recommended does not include jelqing. Does the average hanger (who is obviously seeking length gains) do any jelqing still?

I realize this is a pretty long post for a first post but I thank you for taking the time to view it. I am very appreciative to be a new member in this community and wish everyone success.

I was going to point you to the newbie routine and then I saw that you’ve done your research. Sounds like you have a good plan. I know little of hanging or the linear routine, so I’ll just wish you good luck.

Thanks wanttobethick. You have had some nice gains aye. How long have you been PE’ing?

About 10 years, but I’ve been very off and on and haphazard with my routine in the past.

Q1. Add when you think you are ready for more workload and any gains are slowing down/ non existent.

Q2. If you are still gaining and your penis is coping with it well. Why change? You’re in it (as you realise) for the long term to get any significant gains.

Q3. “At least” gives the game away. Only you will know how your penis is coping with PE. Some have a more fragile penis and some could swing an anvil off the end of it. Move into hanging gently and all will be well. Don’t rush into it. You know how serious an injury is. Don’t do it again!

Q4. Jelqing is like brushing your teeth. All PE’ers do it regularly, even if it’s a relatively small amount.

Start: BPEL - 5.7/5.9 x 4.7 (14.6/15cm~ x 12cm)

Short term goal: 6.3 x 4.8

Goal: 7.3 x 5.5

Since they were like barely a second long I had to keep stop starting because I was getting rock hard erections and had read not to do them totally erect. About half way in my penis went totally limp and I had to kegel before each jelq to get blood to stay in my penis. Even then I may as well have flaccid jelqed. The next morning no morning wood. My penis had red dots EVERYWHERE. The second night the routine was worse as I could barely get an erection. I had to take time off so I could actually get hard again. But I kept at it for like a month and a half. The total loss of morning wood, and inability to get hard unless I forced it by heating, and the fact I read up on the dots pushed me away.

But the first few hundred when I did them On a rested Penis felt great. I knew something was right. When I look at the linear routine advising like 20 jelqs on the first workout :o .I’m lucky my penis still works I think

Sounds like you followed the bad routines I did. I remember the “more is better” routines and doing 1000 wet jelqs, 1000-2000 kegels, and pumping at 10hg. I burst a capillary and now have a permanent freckle. I’m just lucky I didn’t develop ED for good.

Yeah, 3 second strokes are more productive/efficient.

Don’t get too OCD with reps before you have put some commitment into any PE routine. Figure it out as you go; see what feels right. Everyone’s penis is unique.

Yeah I agree with the 3 second jelqs. I did the linear last night and in it the 20 jelqs. I took like 4 seconds a rep. I think that as I progress, if I experience my EQ decrease noticeably in my jelq sessions I will cut them short. It’s like that bodybuilding encyclopedia by Arnold. If he went to the gym and thought no, not today, he would skip training. If my penis struggles, I will cut back. But honestly I think I will do the Linear routine at half speed. Time is no issue, all that matters is my penile tissue ;)
