Please help with girth routine

Hi!

I have been doing PE back and forth for almost 2 years (mostly stretching and jelqing). I have 8 inches plus in BPL and I am pretty satisfied with that, but girth is still an issue for me. My girth ranges from 5.5 inches at the base to 4.5 inches right below the head. The middle part of the shaft is about 5.3 inches.

My goal is to increase the girth of the shaft to 6 inches, and at least get more than 5 inches at the smallest part (right below the head).

I am pretty conditioned and already have discoloration on the skin so I am not afraid of that. I have clamps and have done some clamping before.

All I need now is a good girth routine, perhaps with both jelqing and clamping. I also need to know what days to do the routine and how long time to it.

There 2 of the best threads to read above, There in my faves folder. Have you been wet jelqing for length? Reason I ask is if you haven’t been dry jelqing then id only dry jelq for 2-3 weeks before adding clamping, Dry jelqing I find allot ruffer on the penis.

Kimc, you are answering to a non English native speaker: what do you think he can find the translations for ‘id’ and ‘faves’? Apply the FGs rules about grammar and spelling. I’m not asking now.

What need is a good routine that includes both jelqing and clamping, when to jelq and when to clamp, how many days rest in between sessions etc (like a training routine that I could follow). I’m sorry if I wasn’t clear enough in my first post, but like marinera pointed out, my English is not that great.

In drilla’s thread he recommends 4 x 15 minute sets per day which seems like allot. From what I have heard, you should make girth sessions fast and get allot of rest in between workouts. The problem is that I don’t know for sure, and thats one of the reasons for creating this thread in the first place.

Sorry Photon, I never noticed you were from China. Your English is very good. I wouldn’t start with 4 x15 minute sets. I would start with 1 x 10 minute set then build it up over time.

Fair enough, I didn’t realise he was from china so yes faves wasn’t a good choice of words but using id was a genuine mistake. Your sentence above is hardly spot on though is it. Anyway I don’t want to turn they guys questions into this.

Try 2-3 sets of 5 minutes in the clamp with 5 minutes break in between. Jelq for 10-15minutes before you put on the clamp. I found, during my clamping escapades, that this routine would provide the most engorgement with less fluid buildups for someone who hasn’t clamped before. Use this for a few weeks and take it from there.
