I need your help

I did the beginner routine of exercising the penis and gained .68 in length in the 5 weeks without any girth gain. I changed to a BP El of 6.68 with an avg girth of 4.75. My goal is to have a non bone pressed El 8 1/4 and an avg EG of 6 1/2. I did the advanced beginner routine without any increase. I took a break for a couple of months and decided to do the 5 week beginner routine again, but didn’t make any gains. I know I used some l-arginine, l lycine, horny goat weed, and zinc for a bit in that program. I also made my own evo solution.I was fuller for a few days both flaccid and erect, but then it subsided from what I remember. I am taking another break for these two weeks. I have several questions for everyone before I start PESuccessGuy’s 90 day routine. Also, if anyone has any other input about me reaching my goals please feel free. I want to live up to my moniker. Here are the questions:

1)Earlier I said that the supplemental effects wore off after some time. I didn’t notice any continued fullness. Is there a dosage increase I should follow or should I just chalk it up to the effects of introducing myself to PE and those supplements?

2)If I continue to take supplements I though about purchasing semenax since it has most of the PE supplements I see in books and in forums online. Does anyone have any experience with the product?

3)Although I will commit to PEsuccessguy’s 90 beginner routine, I am open to any suggested routines and other tips.

4) I want to know if anything can interfere with my gains regarding my fitness goals. I am currently doing Neanderthal no more from T-nation, I plan on doing the v-diet later, the beast building program, the ovt program, and others. I also plan on using biotest supplements later. Does anyone have any suggestions?

5) I’m not looking to meet my goals in an unreasonable time, but I do not want to stagnate or lose. I want to make steady gains in both length and girth. Does anyone have suggestions?

6) Does anyone have suggestions as to how often during the week I should ejaculate, have sex, and/or masturbate?

7)Is there something else I need to consider like the time of day I should do PE or the time of day to take the supplements?

Here are some other things you can know about my that I think is relevant:
I don’t drink or smoke. I don’t always eat what is best, but I am working on it. I do workout. I have an afternoon shift. I alternate between the evo solution I created and mineral oil. I use the bed buddy hot and cold pack as a hot wrap. What I do is put it in a microwave for the maximum time, then I cover it with with the cover from an electric heat wrap I bought. I felt that the electric heat wrap didn’t generate enough heat. I also alternate my cool down with this cooling pack with gel the shape of peas or a rag.

Firstly I don’t think you need supplements to gain. Focus on the newbie routine and adding time to stretching and jelqing.

Your target is quite extreme and while I won’t say you won’t get there, it is unlikely. I mean, almost 2” in girth? Be realistic, set realistic goals and be consistent. 2-3 on, 1 off, week-in, week-out for the next number of years is what you need.

After say 6 months-1 year of the newbie routine you can look towards pumping, clamping and hanging, all of which you will probably need to do to get that level of gains.

There is no trick or magic solution. All the info you want is here using search.

Ads-wearing and resting


I wear now mine ADS about 8 hours, I take it off when it have gone 4 to massage and rewarm, takes about 5 minutes.

Do you think I shall rest more, maybe every other hour? Or maybe it good to wear it all the 8 hours?

Please help me, I have the VacExtender.


From what I’ve read, do a massage after wearing for 2 hours. I think Edging would be the best massage you could do and I would be interested to see how edging+ADS works.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

A few minutes break every 2 hours is what I do. I wore mine 8-9 hours per day, in addition to jelqing and stretching, but never could get a good EQ from it. I’m now on a 2 week break from the ADS only doing J and S - and the EQ has improved vastly. I also had some weird bumps/spotting on my foreskin that now seem to be fading away after laying off the ADS.

I will get back to wearing the ADS after the break, only wearing it 5 hours every day and I’ll see how that works out.

I have read of many guys here gaining 2 ” in length but has anyone managed to gain 2” girth ?
