Please help me!!!
I honestly believe I have become addicted to PE’ing. Ever since I started near the end of this November, I’ve been going at it, trying to go longer and longer in each session. I had an erect length of 4.7 inches i think. (trying to get real measurements soon). And of the 4 weeks that I’ve been sessioning, I haven’t had a single rest day. It’s approaching the end of
December, and my dick looks like it increased 3/4 of an inch in length, and a bit in girth.
My main question today is basically, would going crazy on the PE sessions affect my overall gains? I mean I have a long way to go to achieve my goal. Today I just finished spending 2 hours doing my PE session while talking to my girlfriend over the phone, and I’ve been doing it more and more as the days go by.
Am I taking things to fast? I am very patient, in fact, I don’t mind getting to my goal 2 years from now. But I really haven’t noticed any discoloration or haven’t experienced any injuries. Plus, alot of people in this forum are saying you get what you put in. I just want to put in as much sessions in as possible without overdoing it.
I just want to know that if I don’t progress slowly, will it give me less gains as if I were to follow the traditional newbie guide (4 weeks into the program still means that I am a newbie right) and increase sets and pressure over time?
