Please help me, no gains over 1 year

I have been trying since December 2015 and now it is April 2017. I have done the newbie routine, I have tried pumping, clamping, using stretchers at night, hard stretches, jelqing, heat, at the moment I’m doing 1 day on 1 day off heat warm up, 10 mins of Jelqing, 20 mins of clamping, then 5 mins of Jelqing and then keeping it stretched over night. But still nothing but bruises, blisters, and discolouration. It’s depressing to see people gain so much within their first couple months, I just can’t see my self progressing after this long. Can someone please tell me what to do? I keep seeing people talking to hard gainers telling them they’ve been going to hard and many others saying that they’re not trying hard enough, its overwhelming!

I would suggest to take a week off and then start slowly (I know it sounds horrible)

Start at a small routine and watch your PIs and those will guide you

Listen, the amount of stuff you put your penis through is incredible. You are lucky that you were not critically injured if you are doing the routine that you were describing above.

You need to take an entire 2 months off if not three then start with the Newbie Routine and nothing else. What you just described as a routine is enough for a week’s work. Your penis is so incredibly tough right now that nothing the work. Nothing can work until you rest long enough to actually decondition the tissue.

You’ve taken 2 weeks off in 16 months. That is absolutely ludicrous. I want to help but you have to start at square one. That’s the only way any of us can help you.

By your accounts of bruises, blisters and discoloration, you’ve been over training.

Take some time off. When you resume, start slowly. Follow the newbie routine and really listen to your penis.

With the trauma it’s been through I’m not surprised you haven’t had success.

The bruises and blisters are only on the head because of sensitive skin from using the traction device over night, but there is discolouration on the shaft. I think 2 months is far too long to take off. And I really don’t want to do the newbie routine again because I did that for enough months then I took a week off and started doing harder routines like the one I’m doing now. I don’t understand why I should go back to the newbie routine when I did it perfectly for 4 months and nothing changed at all? I appreciate both of your concerns, I’m just very confused. Should I not masturbate at all too?

I’m not sure what you want us to say. If you ask for help and experienced people tell you what they think and you say you don’t think what we say is right then what do you want from us?

What you describe is something we have seen before many times but if you want to take your own approach feel free. We can only offer advice not give orders.

Ease into all exercises and increase intensity/time slowly. No need to injure yourself.
Tissue if pushed too fast too hard will resist expansion.

I start with very low intensity jelqs and heat into every exercise. Only after the 4-5th set I reach my max expansion.
If I get red dots, bruises or something I stop immediately massage and put ice on it.

If you stretch for example you shouldnt go for your max stretch right away but slowly increase tension.

Start a log where you record your routine and PI ‘s .
With PE you need to find your personal gain range. Not enough it will rebound and too much it will toughen up/resist.
Its not so easy. Many never gain or need months or years to find the right amount.
I had no gains for 2 years and only just now seem to hit the right intensity.

Do you not think 2 week with heat treatment deconditioning and no masturbation will be enough, I’m a very healthy person I think I would recover a lot faster than the average person. And then do the newbie routine for 5 months?

Dont think in totals. Just tune more into how your dick reacts to the exercise and change your routine accordingly.
If you recover faster then average persons you might need a higher frequency to carry fatigue over for longer time.

What kind of expansion do you have during exercises and how does it feel after and the next day? (PI ‘s)

Don’t forget to watch your PIs ( physiological indicators)

If you don’t know what they are already. These are signs that talk you if you’re overtraining or if you are doing a good routine. They will guide you in the right direction. Another tip that I’ve learned is that EQ (erection quality) is another sign

Make sure to listen to your penis. Take a week break from masturbating, sex, or PE. A FULL WEEK. MAYBE EVEN TWO. Then start slowly while listening to your dick.

You may be just very sensitive. I know I am. I couldn’t tolerate the newbie routine at all it was way too much for me when I started. I can still only stand 100 wet jelqing at a time even after two years of pumping and a few months of experimenting with clamping. some exercises just beat the crap out of you and you won’t gain . I recently started using the phallosan and quit pumping and clamping and just that alone for a few hours a night has pushed me over the edge with my PI’s so mine doesn’t like stretching or jelqing much but doesn’t mind clamping are pumping. Everyone is different and more is definitely not better and sometimes even the newbie routine is too much for some people…it was for Me. But with pumping I gained an inch and a half length and An inch girth in a year and a half. I agree take time off and recuperate. .

It might mean you need to exercise more often(frequency) to keep the expansion going. To carry over “fatigue” to the next session. It could be enough to lets say do an intense routine in the AM and then do some more (short)sets during the day and before sleep.
It could also mean to have a longer single session, with maybe less intensity. The longer the expansion is hold up the longer it takes for it to rebound.

Note that you might still need a pause after some days exercising.
Keeping a log and paying attention to PI ‘s will give you the indications on where to go.
PE is much about trial and error and then adjusting accordingly.

I can relate to your lack of gains frustration, some what. But, the veterans that you asked for help have a decade or more experience. The newbies claiming big gains, take it or leave it. Probably write off a large percentage as BS. You have a lot of
Negative PI’s and no gains! I hope you find what works.


Some is good, more is better, and too much is just right!
