Stop doing whatever is bruising you… I’ve been doing PE since September and have never even had a bruise on my penis… And I Clamp AND Hang, many times on the same days.

If you’ve been sustaining injuries you should take at least a couple weeks off and let everything heal properly….

My first Clamp routine I did 3 sets of 10Minutes and I gained around 1/4” after a few months. Jelq between rest sets.


September 1, 2016 - BPEL: 6.675in MSEG 4.75in EL: 5.5in FG 3.75in FL 3.5in

November 28, 2023 - BPEL: 8.5in MSEG 5.75 EL: 8.5in FG 5.0in FL 5.25in

PE Goal - (set 9-1-2016) BPEL: 8.5in MSEG 6.5in EL: 8.0in FG 5.5in FL 6in | NEW PE Goal - (set 11-28-23) BPEL 9.25in MSEG 6.5in EL 9.0in FG 5.5in FL 6in

Those are horrible negative PI’s mate. You need to follow a less aggressive routine. Like the veterans have suggested, take a while off of all PE to de-condition your unit and your expectations.

Thank you all for taking the time to help me, I’m sticking to my break as you have all suggested. I will do the newbie routine for the second time when I finish my two week break. I will keep this thread updated as I go along so that hopefully I can shed some light on any other hard gainers that may have made the same mistake as me by not tuning into their PI’s and being too agressive.

Just a quick question to you all before I do start again. Although I did get a lot of negative PI’s I did get a larger flaccid but that was it? The negative were decreased morning wood, discolouration and and loss of erection quality. What does this mean if the flaccid still improved?
