Please help a n00b! Thank you
Hi all, i registered yesterday and this is my first post on this or any other PE forum, so a big hello to you all.
I’ve been thinking PE for a long time, but i finally decided to go for it, especially since i’m 5.5 in lenght(erect).
Anyway, my biggest concern is understaing how excercises work. Alhtough i’m not native english speaker, i can understand general talk, but when it comes to understanding the routines i get confused. So, i was wondering if there are any pictures somewhere for the streching and other stuff.
My second question is about my routine. Since i’m just getting ready to start, i don’t know what to do. I understand how kegels work, tried them yesterday, my muscle is really weak :(
I also tried streching, and i’m not quite sure if i did it right due to my lack of understaing. I grabed my penis just under the head with ok grip, palm facing down, and pulled it. after few pulls, head of the penis changed colour, one part of it became pale, and other very brown (guess that’s from a blood or smth). Then i got scared and stopped the process. ( i did a warm up first). So my question about this is can I hurt my self?
What kind of routine would u suggest toa n00b? My first goal is to reach 6” mark in the next few months, should i only do streches or what? If streches are the most helpful ting, how should i perform them? Do you strech your penis to a point when it becomes painfull or not? For how long do you hold your strech? how many repetitions?
One more question, I know you are going to laugh at me, what is a girth? Is that how thick the penis is when u measure it all around or what? If i’m correct, then my penis is really thin, so i would need some help there to.
anyway, enough for the first post, sorry for all the n00b crap and a long post, but I’m really desperate to increase my size, especially since the last girl i had sex with said I had a small penis in front of 20 people and that really knocked down my confidence(if i had any).
