Please give me some advices for my next routine.
I need your experience and your help to increase my dimension..
I started PE 11 weeks ago with this Newbie routine that I found in the forum:
Week 1: 5 minutes of stretches [10, 30-second stretches in four directions] ~and~ 10 minutes of wet jelqing (200 3-second strokes)
Week 2: 6 minutes of stretches [12, 30-second stretches in four directions] ~and~ 14 minutes of wet jelqing (280 3-second strokes)
Week 3: 7 minutes of stretches [14, 30-second stretches in four directions] ~and~ 18 minutes of wet jelqing (360 3-second strokes)
Week 4: 8 minutes of stretches [16, 30-second stretches in four directions] ~and~ 22 minutes of wet jelqing (440 3-second strokes)
Week 5: 9 minutes of stretches [18, 30-second stretches in four directions] ~and~ 26 minutes of wet jelqing (520 3-second strokes)
Week 6: 10 minutes of stretches [20, 30-second stretches in four directions] ~and~ 30 minutes of wet jelqing (600 3-second strokes)
And so on,2 days on and 1 day off until now.
The first problem is that doing 600 jelq (I use downhand) with 3-seconds stroke takes me more than 30minutes…at least 1 hour…(even if the effective time of jelqing is 30 minutes)…because I lose concentration and my erection falls down…
So I’d like to know if it is better to use time or number of jelqing to create a workout (in 30 minutes of jelqing I can arrive at 350-400 jelq if I’m concentrated).
I think that is too much because now my penis looks tired.
The second problem is my gains in skin and veins…Now when I have a full erection the skin around my penis is not completely extended…It’s concentrated under the head maybe a turkey neck effect…and the veins are quite big even if my penis is flaccid.
The third problem is the bend…also if it seems to be easier than before…maybe the result of jelqing…My penis has a bend on the upper side…It comes up taking the glans more near me.Are there exercises that can help to reduce it?
I use Propecia for my hair (the active principle is finasteride).Could it slow down my gains?Is there someone that use it and do PE?
The better PE time is before or then a bodybuilding workout?
At the end,the last question:I read that someone take a rest period of a month after a training of 3 months…This is a normal thing?
I’m a 6,07 foots for 187 lbs bodybuilder…help me to have a penis according to my size
My dimensions before PE were : bpel=4.70 and girth=4.52
Now I’m : bpel=5.70 and girth=4.72
I think that it’s the moment to change my routine…
What kind of stretch and jelq could I use?
