Hello everybody

I am 36 years old and I performed PE at 2 month end of 2009. I stopped and beginning of this year I start again. I am following newbie routine as
7-8 min warm up
7-8 min stretch
10-12 min Wet jelq
3-5 min warn down.
100 kegel
and many time fowfers during a day.

I increased pressure of my and during jelqing. It is 4-5 second per one and I can see and feel that blood flow in veins. I have some change on my unit.

I don’t have same size anymore when I began I was 6x4.92 but now I am 6.2x5.4 erect length but it is not exact measurement because I couldn’t get full hardness while I measure. I am watching porn and getting maximum %80 erection. When I take ruler I am losing my erection. It is being all the time like that. But one interesting thing that I have to add I was have around 6,2x5,5 erect penis when I was 20-25 years old. I reached this size suddenly when I began PE.

Also I have some pain and swelling on my unit. I tried to much with my unit for to measure maybe for that or I am applying more pressure while I jelq but I have swelling left side of glans and a long hardness like a vein over my unit from base to beginning of glans.

I don’t want to get girth gain for now but I am getting girth gain more than length.

I want to ask to former that Why my erection level is down like that and why I am gaining girth more than length. What I have to do for now.

what I have to for hardness on my unit and swelling.

I would take a break until your unit feels good again. When you start back up use less intensity and take some rest days. Try two on on off for a while. If that feels ok go for three on one off for a couple weeks. Just start slow!

The tissues respond differently with each person when jelquing, hence your good girth gains. Your a fast girth gainer which is great. Length will come with time. Try and apply a direct heat source while you are stretching this should help promote your length. And before your about to measure make sure you try and pump some blood (hard kegels) to help increase eq, then measure quickly, use a ruler not tape so you arnt wasting time. I think when measuring we become anxious about our gains thus the loss of eq. Well that is the reason for me anyway.

Over working the kegels can of course lead to tiring of the PC and a lower temporary eq. Try a break from kegels and see if this is the reason for the lower eq.

Thanks Aceuz for your reply. I see what you mean. I have a kind of hot water plastic bag in my house. When I put hot water in it is keeping hot during day. I think it can help me while I stretch.
