I did the newbie routine for a month with no gains, and I’m getting back into it now. I see all types of other exercises mentioned (what is edging? Clamping? And horse 44?). I really need length and def want girth too. Please tell me how to make this happen. Also, with hanging, how much weight do you hang? Like a one pound ball or something?

A month is not long enough…most people are going to have to dedicate much more time than that to see any true results and growth.

Clamping: A very advanced exercise that involved using a cable clamp around the base of the erect dick in order to cause a major expansion all around that mainly targets girth (and possibly length). The :search: function is always a good thing to be familiar with. You’ll find that the guys here are generally very helpful in answering other members questions. However, learning how to find the answers is helpful, too. Sounds like a lot more reading might be in order.
