Please comment on my routine
I’ve been reading TP for a few months now, and have been PEing off and on for the last two months.
I’m ready to start a consistent routine. Here’s what I’ve come up with:
Frequency: 5 days a week.
First 5 minutes: Light stretching & DLD stretching, standing up.
Next 2 minutes: 4 30 sec stretches
Next 10-13 minutes: Jelqs
Right now I’m aiming to do 50-100 jelqs. I kind of do it as if I were working out with weights. I break it down into sets. The first set is 15 light jelqs. The second set is 15 hard (3-4 sec jelqs). The next set is 20 hard jelqs. The next set 25 hard jelqs. Then the last set 15 hard jelqs. In between sets, I kegel 3-4 times. During each jelq rep, I breathe out, just as if I were working with weights. It helps me focus, and keep my dick from getting too excited.
Last 2 minutes: light stretches
So overall, it takes me about 20-22 minutes.
