Plateau with ADS. Decon break or not.

Hey,
Forgive me if the answer is somewhere on this amazing site.. But I couldn’t find it.

I do ADS only, I don’t want to do hanging/jelqing for several reasons (I can explain why if someone is interested).

After 18 months, I feel I have reached a plateau. So far I have gained 2 cm erect length. I could switch to a different routine, but I don’t want to, and I am going to stretch until I gain another 3 cm.

Do you think that taking a decon break will change anything? If so, for how long? I know for hanging and jelqing decon breaks are recommended, but as I do light stretching for extended periods only (instead of high tension for short periods as in hanging), I am not sure whether it makes sense to stop.

I stretch anything between 5-10 hrs/day with a leg strap.

Take the break, I’m sure it would help a bit. I took a 3 week break from my ADS and I just measured yesterday, I’m a clear 7 5/8 right now in BPEL. It’s only been a little over a week that I’ve been using it again. Last time I measured was during my break and I was 7.5. It is so convenient. I try to wear mine at least 8 hours a day, anywhere up to 16 hours a day.

I don’t really jelq either, just because I cant seem to find the time and the privacy.

Guys, what is the stretched length at which you wear the ads ?


Starting stats: 6.4" / 5.6" Current Stats: 7.4" / 5.8" Short term goal: 7" / 6" Long term goal: 8" / 6.5"

It’s about 8” for me, but I like to wear it on my calf or a little under it. I would assume I use quite a bit of tension. Not extreme but a bit above the recommended amount during my PE career.

I stand with complete straight legs, and then tie it at max tension (with thin elastic band). So the tension during sitting etc is slightly under that maximum tension. I would say the stretched length is 0.5-1 cm over erect length. It’s hard to say, as I measure erect length horizontally, and the strap obviously goes vertically down.

How long have you been stretching before the break? How often do you take a break? And did you break because of a plateau?

I was only stretching for about 2 months, but I gained about .4” within those 2 months [7.4”]. The only reason I took a break was because I broke my silicone cup trying to shove it down my jeans too quickly, so I really had no choice but to order a new one and wait for it to arrive. During that time I really did minimal PE. Only about 2min of manual stretching in the shower about every other day or every 3 days with maybe only jelqing 4 or 5 times during the 3 weeks. Just because of the privacy and time issues, since I was over my dad’s house during that time as well.

I planned on having my ADS while I was going on vacation, but now I’m glad that I didn’t. When I came back to my apartment I got the silicone cup in the mail and I’m gaining at ridiculous rates it seems. After just a week or so, I measured in at 7 5/8 [7.6]. The last time I measured was during the break I believe and I’m not 100% sure but I do think I measured 7.5. I didn’t record it on here so I can’t be 100% with that. I plan on measuring later today during another edging session and I’m gonna check to make sure I’m right about my length lol.

I would consider myself a fast gainer. I’m actually quite happy with my length, but I just really want to maximize my possible length gains, and then focus on girth just for the sake of a bigger penis. So my plan is that if I ever reach a plateau, then I’d take a decon break and then focus more on my girth after that.

I don’t get it. You guys are stretching close/past your EL. How? Don’t you feel any pain? What about erection quality after wards? I can only stretch a little bit over my FLASSID length. And even that have started to kill my erection.

So the problem is clear: Stretch too little and you don’t gain. Stretch too much and you lose erection quality.

My EQ hasn’t changed. Potentially better.
Pain: nope.. Just stretch until you cannot pull further without hurting yourself. So I don’t pull until I feel pain, I stop way before that.
Perhaps your cock is less elastic than mine?

You should be able to stretch your cock AT LEAST up to erect length. After all, when you get an erection, blood stretches it to -erm- erect length.

My (unfounded) theory is that one has to stretch beyond erect length to gain anything.

I think elevating tissue temperature with an infrared light, pre ADS application would help significantly. This is what I’ve begun doing. I figure that: once the tissue has been heated/stretched, you don’t need a constant application of heat to retain the heat-stretched elongation if the stretch remains constant afterwards.

I personally don’t see a difference in how far I can stretch if my penis is cold or warm. It always goes to the same length (I measure to monitor progress)

The difference could be at a molecular level. With the change building to gains in the future, rather than a directly observable increase in stretched length at the time.

My BPFSL is somewhere over 8.25” when I get maximum elongation, but my erect length is 7.6” so I have a lot of room to stretch. I dont think that stretching only to my erect length or under it would benefit me much. I’m pretty sure my BPFSL at its maximum right now is approx. 8.3-8.4. I don’t really feel any pain until I reach the 1 hour mark that I’ve had it on. Sometimes I don’t feel any pain for up to 2 hours or more. I then just take it off for maybe 20min. and put it back on.

As far as my EQ goes I guess it has suffered a bit, but then again I don’t really kegel like I should. That’s something I do need to work on. My erections aren’t what they used to be before I started PE, but I plan to work on that.

I think this is a sign of overtraining. My problem is that i get the symptom within a week or two, which makes it impossible for me to get serious with PE. Do you think the reduced EQ (due PE) may become permanent if you just continue with your rutine? If not, i may just ignore the reduced EQ and just go on. To be honest, my EQ is shifting week from week when PEïng, which is confusing.
