Is it ok for a newbie to use the Power Jelq? I am familiar with PE, I did another PE routine from another site that included stretching and jelqing. I only did it for about a month and a half, so I feel familiar with jelqing. I’m following the newbie routine from this site, when I do the jelqing part it says to do 200 jelqs so what I do is 100 jelqs with the Power Jelq and 100 wet jelqs with my hand. Is this ok?
