OK weird thing has been going on, since I’ve been PEing I’ve noticed occasionally I’m getting pimples, particularly of the whitehead variety, on my shaft. After about a day I pop then and problem solved, but I have one which refuses to pop and has gotten a little bloated after a jelq session and turned purple/red. Anyone else experience this?

That´s weird but if I were you I would stop while I have those, because you may cause an infection.
I don´t touch them while in my face much less would I touch them in my best friend :)

I’ve had them a few times, not a big deal. Try a hot wrap on the pimple. Hot enough so it almost burns and you can feel the heat penetrate deep into the skin. Do that 3 times a day and it will clear up fast.
