I use VAC ADS and JELQUING but my gain is not good, my question is:May I to start using some pills or enithing? of corse i will continue with VAC ADS and Jelqing?….maybe some pills for growth stimulation?…please help me….

The only pills I’d recommend are zinc and gingko, with lots of water.
Don’t overdo the zinc.

DO NOT use penis enlargement pills. Been there. Done that. Doesn’t work.
