Hello Everyone,

I’ve been PEing for about 2 months now and have seen a small gain in size and a big increase in EQ . What I have not seen is some of the major PI’s . After a PE session I have a nice flaccid hang but it does not last all day, maybe just a few hours. I even lowered my routine. I currently do warm up, 15min basic stretching, 140 jelqs (down from 200), and a cool down. I should also mention that my flaccid hang is affected by my activity, I.E. After a physical exercise session I experience shrinkage which I don’t think is common. PI’s I do see include great morning wood and increased vein size on my penis (not sure if that is a positive or negative). My main concern is my flaccid hang as it almost seems smaller and firmer than it was before. I would also like any input on average realistic PE gains I can expect, as I have only seen a small increase. Thanks!

Shrinkage is a common thing after working out. When your muscles are pumped full of blood there’s not much left for your penis. :P

Start • 5.94''x4.92''

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

In fact you are probably average in the gains picture. Some guys experience very slow gains at first. . It is quite normal for your flaccid to shrink a bit when training, as you are pumping blood arund the system and it needs supplies from where it can get them and your penins isn’t being used (well I hope not :) ) at that particular time.

In the first months you can expect variations as your body is trying to prevent expansion -otherwise we would get to be funny shapes. So things have to be coaxed into change.

You are doing great at the moment Your flaccid hang looking smaller might be because you are gaining girth. But again, don’t worry at this stage. Larger veins are a good sign - Providing they don’t go mad!

So the best thing is to keep up the good work. You could try a few more jelqs perhaps. (10) now you are conditioned.

Thanks! The only thing that got me concerned was all the postings about members experiencing a great flaccid hang post PE workout.

My flaccid has also been all over the place. On some days it will stay “meaty” for most of the day, and seem to hang lower than normal. On other days I’ve seen it more pulled back almost shorter than usual. I try not to care too much about it because I realize it will act weird the first few months.

Are you experiencing night, or morning wood?
