Hey guys,

Just recently I seem to be constantly falling into a trap of overdoing my PE; I start off a session with good intentions then just get carried away. My Pi’s are bad currently, no morning wood, slightly more difficult erections, i’d guess 5% loss of sensitivity. My question is: do people gain whilst suffering similar negative Pi’s or should I be aiming for PERFECT pi’s constantly and resting until i’m back on track?

I would say it is better for you to take some time off, all those bad Pi´s cant be anything good and if you continue that way you might injure yourself. I don’t think there is something as perfect Pi´s but you should at least some improvements if you are doing this right.


Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

Sometimes I get growth accompanied by bad PI’s, but if you have trouble getting a boner, it’s frustrating and useless to have extra size.


Recognize.

Take some time off or cut way back on your routine until it improves.

You simply need to train yourself not to over-do it.

PE can be fun and exciting, but without discipline you will probably not see any results.

Every time you over work your penis you are getting further from your goal of making it bigger.

I used to do the same thing: get excited and stray from my routine, thinking that maybe the extra Jelq’s or clamping or o-bends would somehow make my gains come that much faster. Well, unfortunately, it does not work that way.

PE is a marathon. The only way to experience significant, permanent gains is to do PE consistently over a very long period of time.

If you have negative PI’s I would suggest that you stop jerking off and don’t watch any porn at all. If I take a week of from masturbating / porn then I will usually get rock hard night wood every night (unless there is heavy drinking). I am not an expert, but it really helps me to do it this way.
