So I’ve searched a few threads but all of them ar a bit old and I haven’t found that if someone gained with it! It’s a pretty expensive ADS but many ar saying that is very comfortable and some the exact opposed.
So what I would like to know if is there someone how gained with it, and how much? And how this will help beside a routine like stretches and jelq!
