I am thinking about purchasing a Phallosan, but with other suction devices I have purchased, I am too thick at 6.5”. Will this work for me?
Looking to use PF for length along with manual and hanging..

The short answer is no. The largest cap will not fit comfortably nor will it seal properly. I know. I have tried. You will end up wrestling with it far more than you want to for pretty much no good purpose.
