Personalized Girth Routine?
My current stats are 7.5” BPEL x 4.65” EG (same girth throughout), or about 1.625” wide. I’ve had some trouble measuring girth but I think that’s about right. Anyway, I’ve made about .5” of length gains in about six months of PE, almost entirely due to about 2 months of hanging. I’m now content with my length and would really like to focus on girth, but nothing I’ve done so far has increased it at all. I did the newbie routine, I tried a few months of perfect jelqs, I tried PE everyday and with days off, and all to no avail on girth. I may have even lost about .1” girth :( . At this point I’m pretty sure it was due to overtraining. I would notice good PI’s and improved morning wood for my first few days after starting a routine, but then EQ would plummet after a few more days, and in retrospect I think I have been overtraining for girth. I’ve purchased a bathmate and have just begun a new routine that looks like this (basically DLD’s SSJ/Bathmate Girth Blasters):
5min warmup in the shower
5 minute bathmate full pressure
5 minute intense manual girth work (o-bends, SSJs, horse 440s, perfect jelqs, manual ulis etc.. Just whatever I feel like) at varying erection levels
And then a 5 min warmdown (or should I do cooldown?)
And I’ll be doing this monday wednesday friday, or just every other day.
The bathmate leaves me with a better flaccid hang but also a bit of a squishy dick. Is this a bad PI?
I also own some clamps and a cockring, and could add those in if they come recommended. I’m also taking some supplements like l-arginine, fish oil, vitamin d, multivitamin etc..
