Personalized Girth Routine?

Did this:

5 min warmup
10 min pump (medium pressure)
10 min manual girth
10 min pump (medium pressure)
10 min manual girth
5 min pump (high pressure)
5 min warmdown

today, seemed to be a good workout, good expansion, took about an hour. I think I’ll stick with this three days a week for now, probably at least the next ten weeks.

About 29 hours later I still have a plumper penis, so that’s a good PI that I never quite got with manual only. I think the best part about the pumping is not the pump itself alone, but the way it enhances manual PE. After pumping my manual PE allows for MUCH more expansion, and that’s not just fluid, that’s noticeably more expansion than I’ve ever had before in the corpus cavernosum itself. I’ll feel my penis pretty aggressively while expanded with a manual clamp after pumpiing, and beneath the skin I can feel the corpus cavernosum as larger than ever. I do however get a little bit of loose skin but nothing serious as of right now.

I look forward to future gains in the next few months hopefully, along with some returned EQ from a porn detox I’m on.

So you spending almost one hour PEing? I mean I remember times when I used bathmate too, I was so happy about it, because it temporarily increased my girth from 5” to 5,4-5,5” But, I don’t think I’ve gained anything. I would reconsider spending that much time on something else cut that in half. But you might be the lucky one who can actually gain from this craziness.

Hey Mittens!

It’s great that your routine is working for you now.
Tell me, after your first pumping part then when you switching over to do your first girth workout before you pumping again.. do you just workout your dick what you bathmate has create or do you work it up to erection then do your girth work?

Please tell me, how you go along thru your pumping session? Because have a bathmate too that I used very much before and my mind trigger me to use it again.

Hey monochrome, I start the manual girth work with the plump flaccid from the bathmate and work it up to an 80%ish erection with slow jelqs for a minute or so and then do mostly manual clamps and ulis and horsies until I lose the erection from those after a few minutes, then I’ll maybe do some o-bends and then work it back up to an erection with more slow jelqing, but the great bulk (probably 7 minutes+) of each 10 minute manual girth section is done with that 80%ish erection.

Sorry, but when you ask “how you go along thru your pumping session?” I’m not sure what your mean.

To suckerpunch, well, it’s 25 minutes in the bathmate (about at the high end of the recommended time), and 20 minutes of manual girth, which is the not that much manual work considered alone, and which as you implied might be the only source of real gains, the bathmate gains perhaps being only a temporary boost. It’s also only three times a week.

Thanks man :-) keep up your good work. It’s good to rest as you do when routine is quite heavy. I think I will start to use my bathmate again but my routine is the same but different.

I’m noticing morning wood that has that good expansion even the day after the workout (for me thats going from an erection that I can wrap my hand around so that my index finger is noticeably below the last joint on my thumb, to my index finger being noticeably above). I had sex this morning with it and it seemed to a little better than normal. So all good signs thus far. I can typically only have sex in the morning due to some psychological ED, but I’m working on that…
