Guys I am following Sparkyx advice and using the PI as sign of a health penis, there just one little problem..

I wait up until my EQ got to 100%, then I started this routine, 5 min manual stretch, 5 min jelq, 1 day on 1 day off, if I exercises in Monday, Tuesday I don’t have morning wood, if I do not exercise in the Tuesday, Wednesday I get morning wood, this it’s very confusing, I am doing something wrong??

PS: I doing the following routine cold up!

Maybe try warming up first. If you can’t get morning wood then it is most likely you are over training your penis and exhausting it. Ease up a little :)

Yeah, or it could be that your just getting older, morning wood goes away when you age, it is really no big deal.

But kingpole, you don’t get, the problem it’s not my morning wood man, that’s my EQ, if my dick is 100% EQ, I can fuck for a day with a ultra erection, but when happens that, it takes longer to lift up.

I will try warm up!
