Guys I am following Sparkyx advice and using the PI as sign of a health penis, there just one little problem..
I wait up until my EQ got to 100%, then I started this routine, 5 min manual stretch, 5 min jelq, 1 day on 1 day off, if I exercises in Monday, Tuesday I don’t have morning wood, if I do not exercise in the Tuesday, Wednesday I get morning wood, this it’s very confusing, I am doing something wrong??
PS: I doing the following routine cold up!
