WOW, I’ve just started PE two days ago.
I started on the Newbie routine.
I’ve read lots of amazing info in this community and its been of utmost help.

Anyways, what I wanted to share here was my personal experience as a fresh PE

First day of Exercise felt a bit insecure as I was unfamiliar with techniques and didn’t know how my penis felt to them so I didn’t get much feedback from the Exercise.
Second day was a totally different story, the stretching felt awesome, and the Jelqing even better, I think I finally understanding better how they are supposed to feel haha.

Ill try and share my own experience here,
Stretching is like when you r trying to build a new road, you have to clear the path you’ll build on, it’ll give room where to build on.
Jelqing is like building this tough hard road, like when you r laying all the granite and rolling the bulldozer over it, time and time again, it has this awesome feel like you r pumping your penis with every jelq. You can feel and what is even better is see how your own penis is engorging itself with every jelq. (And it works greatly on foreskin too, I could see my own foreskin stretch to cover the glans too. Now I understand where the rock hard hard ons come from haha.

A problem I’ve come across since I’m new to PE, is that the exercises cause too frequent hard erections making it hard to work on, though on second day this got a lot better and I could have a better session of exercise.
Right after workout I had a increase of 0.7inches which felt awesome even it if meant nothing, just seeing my penis being bigger than usual made me so happy haha.
I’ve also started a Progress Log posting my initial stats and pics, hopefully we will see some difference in the future :D

I have a question about Newbie routine though, the Kegels, are they just simple squeeze or holding squeezes?

Vary them. some days do quick, hard squeezes. Some days do longer, held ones, building up the squeeze slowly, holding it for a while, then releasing it slowly. And do everything in between; they all work slightly differently and compliment each other.

So its actually open to modifications haha, I guess ill start having some fun with kegels too then haha, can’t wait for the day I get so used to them I’m practically doing it at every moment haha

Be wary; you can do too much - it’s a muscle and like any muscle can be over trained. If you start to get low EQ or turtling, you are doing too much.

Gotcha, ill start super slow and watch out for signs of over exhaustion.
