Permanent numbness from leaving band on penis too long

I have at times put an elastic band/other band around penis for various lengths of time. I am part-time stripper and thus like to make it look bigger/hold more blood in it when having a semi/full erections etc. A few times I left it on too long (1-3 hours) and it went numb/cold. I have probably done this on & off for 5-6 years. Now, I am worried I have caused some permanent damage as I have a noticeable loss of feeling. This has now been for about the last 6-8 weeks - I.e. Not been a problem until then, even though I have done it for years. Anyone else have any experience of this and what kind of damage can you do with doing it etc.? As it’s been so long now I am worried it is 100% permanent, but is there any way it will still recover after almost a couple of months of feeling the same?

Just out of curiosity what size are you and did you PE at all to get to that size?

I’ve heard of the trick you spoke of, in fact saiyan posted a video of a stripper doing it, only he used cloth. Elastic bands sound far to tight and small, like they really really dig in. Farmers use elastic bands around sheep’s tails so they fall off in time. But you really should have thought this through more. I’m not sure if there’s much you can do.

It is possible for it to completely heal with time but you will need to stop damaging it. Don’t leave the band on for too long, if possible take breaks where you stop and let fresh blood flow through your cock. Is it possible this could be the result of any thing other than the band? Correct me if I am wrong, but that sounds like necrosis. Yes, it takes time to heal but you have to understand that you will experience necrosis even under the slightest tension that is why it’s pivotal to rest.

From what I know nerve damage(loss of sensation) will heal but it can take a long time. Months to a year is what I’d guess in your case.

Loss of touch feeling, I.e. Still getting erections etc., but especially when flaccid it has less feeling

Ps: I wouldn’t use an elastic band as it will surely only be a lot worse than what I did?! As they can roll up and go even thinner to cut into skin etc.
