It’s called Prolotherapy, It deals with how to easily and exactly stimulate growth of ligament and tendon soft tissues which of course we are dealing with when we talk about making out dicks longer. It could help though if you think about it with giving people a high LOT factor before you begin stretching for short, small, tight ligs like the big gainers have seemed to have. Also maybe someone doing PE could keep retighting there ligs after they became loose through a lot of stretching and somehow maybe you could keep re-loosing the ligs again and pulling more of the penis out?? There is a lot to test and think about.

I’ve been looking at prolotherapy to fix up my hip to repair worn out ligaments, but nothing is worn out in my cock.

When you do intense stretching and hanging on your cock, I suspect that your suspensiory ligament is getting weaker and then repairing itself, maybe this branch of science/therapy can help to make gains quicker by healing the ligament soft tissues quicker after some intense stretching/hanging sessions in PE workouts resulting in quicker length gains overall.

I don’t mind hanging or pumping or stretching.But the thought of poking Mr Johnson with needles again is not on the menu.
